Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rights and obligations set out in the subsequent sections of this document.

References to "these Terms" include these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. References to sections by number refer to the numbered sections of this document. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an active xbhajee account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an xbhajee account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an xbhajee employee or business partner.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an xbhajee account, you must complete the registration form available on the xbhajee platform. You will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number, and your preferred payment method details. You must choose a secure password that is unique to your xbhajee account.

Upon submitting your registration, xbhajee may send a verification communication to your registered email address. Your account will be activated upon successful verification. xbhajee reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active xbhajee account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same household, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where xbhajee identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbhajee account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any third party. xbhajee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact xbhajee support immediately at [email protected].

Section 3

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the xbhajee platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful of other players and of the platform itself. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on xbhajee.

3.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into your xbhajee account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free credit offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-time table games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, card-counting software, exploit tools, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage on the xbhajee platform.
• Money Laundering: Using xbhajee to process, layer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. xbhajee cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment credentials, or representing yourself as an xbhajee employee or representative.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, display errors, or pricing errors on the xbhajee platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward xbhajee staff, support team members, or other players.

3.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where xbhajee determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, xbhajee reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the Player's account pending investigation; permanently close the Player's account; void all bets and game results associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds, or pending withdrawals where those funds are connected to the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

xbhajee currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). xbhajee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided on the platform.

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though xbhajee may apply individual account limits based on verification status.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your xbhajee account within one minute of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• xbhajee does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals.
• xbhajee aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays on their first withdrawal.
• Only Real Money Funds that meet applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• xbhajee reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a copy of a national ID or a screenshot of a bKash transaction) before releasing a withdrawal, as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All xbhajee account balances, transactions, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbhajee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a transaction in a foreign currency via Visa or Mastercard, your card issuer will apply their prevailing exchange rate and any applicable cross-border fees. xbhajee is not responsible for exchange rate losses or foreign transaction charges applied by third-party payment providers.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

xbhajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms will take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an xbhajee account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the xbhajee welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. The welcome bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and is subject to the wagering requirements described in clause 5.3 below.

5.2 General Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players with accounts in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless xbhajee expressly states otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• xbhajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited where xbhajee has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused or the Player is ineligible.
• Seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are subject to their own individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for xbhajee bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; crash games contribute 100%; live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack contribute 10%; and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%, while bets at odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution rates for a specific promotion will be detailed in that promotion's terms.

5.4 Cashback and Reload Offers

xbhajee periodically offers cashback bonuses on net losses and reload bonuses on subsequent deposits. These offers are communicated via the platform and by email to eligible players. Cashback and reload bonuses are subject to the same general wagering and expiry rules described above unless specific terms attached to the individual offer state otherwise.

Section 6

Game Rules and Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on xbhajee — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable information, which are accessible within the game interface. xbhajee does not modify game outcomes; all results are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or display error during a casino game session, the game round's outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of the failure. xbhajee will not be liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues such as internet disconnections, device failures, or browser crashes.

6.2 Sports Betting

xbhajee's sports betting markets cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the xbhajee system. A confirmation reference number will be displayed upon acceptance.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where xbhajee provides a specific cash-out or edit feature for the market in question.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of its original start time.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet request is submitted. xbhajee may briefly suspend in-play markets during significant match events such as wickets, goals, or video review decisions.
• xbhajee reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any Player at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to suspect match-fixing, insider information, or professional betting activity.
• All sports betting results are settled using official data from the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy, the official governing body's result shall prevail.

6.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

xbhajee reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault; the bet was accepted after the event had already concluded; there is evidence of fraudulent activity or collusion; or the market was settled incorrectly due to a data feed error. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. xbhajee will communicate voided bets clearly within the Player's bet history.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any Player may request the closure of their xbhajee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, xbhajee will process the request within two business days. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there is no open investigation into the account.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by xbhajee

xbhajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• xbhajee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The Player is determined to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the xbhajee Responsible Gaming policy.
• xbhajee is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion from the xbhajee platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the account will be closed to all gaming and betting activity. Self-exclusion is a minimum 6-month commitment and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

xbhajee endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond xbhajee's reasonable control. xbhajee will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, expired bonuses, or other damages arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbhajee excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the xbhajee platform. This includes, without limitation: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if xbhajee has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where xbhajee is found liable to a Player under any cause of action relating to the use of the platform, xbhajee's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Content and Links

The xbhajee platform incorporates games and content provided by third-party game studios and data providers. xbhajee is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or integrity of third-party content, and any disputes relating specifically to a game provider's software or data feed should be directed first to xbhajee support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

xbhajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, xbhajee will provide reasonable notice on the platform. Continued use of xbhajee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through xbhajee's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. xbhajee's internal complaints procedure is the first and mandatory step: submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] and xbhajee will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
